Letter from Françoise Hampson to M.-Thérèse Schoepfer, Secretary to the European Commission of Human Rights, discussing points from the Turkish Government's declassified post-operation report (A44/43/1/1/1/9/1) and the Government's letter of 8 January 1999 (A44/43/1/1/1/1/73) refuting the relevance of the military helicopter mentioned in a news clipping (A44/43/1/1/1/1/70) forwarded to Schoepfer by Hampson. Attached to the letter is a copy of 'Helicopter Operations in South East Turkey: October 1993', a report authored by the Kurdish Human Rights Project (standalone version at A44/43/1/1/1/10/1).
