Scope and content
"Letter from Allen Figgis, Figgis & Co Ltd, Dawson Street, Dublin, to Eoghan Ó Tuairisc, Maganey, thanking him for his letter and outlining reasons why ""De Luain"" hasn't been a success. He asks for a reliable list of teachers to send free copies to to ignite interest in the book. He also discusses Eoghan's views on ""Weekend"", commenting that he won't disagree with him on his 'profhetic' theory, but that it can mean many different things. He also says that he has a lot of poetry but ""I'll enjoy your poems even if the great unwashed public has to wait""."
