Leabhar na Mionn-Tuairiscí, Taibhdhearc na Gaillimhe, giving date of meeting, those present and matters discussed by the Directors. Includes a resolution proposing to hire Uaitéar Ó Maicín as producer at £3 a week, as well as have him touring the Gaeltacht for the month of August (2 May 1939). The Directors commission a financial report from Pádraic Ó Conchubair and Cristóir Ó Túinligh to see if they can improve the financial position (1 Nov 1939). An Dr. T Breathnach is charged with inspecting the Curtain at "The Empire" ro see if it would be suitable for them (18 Jan 1940). The Board pass a resolution lamenting the death of two Irishmen in Britain (7 Feb 1940). Resolution passed thanking Louis D'Alton for not charging royalties on "Fear an Clócha" (22 Nov 1940). Note of a discussion the Board had with Seán mac Reámoinn on the possibility of having a week of plays in Dublin (2 July 1944). Discussion in the Board on the possibility of staging "Mary Rose" with Siobhán MacKenna that October (30 Sept 1947) [in Irish].
