Launch of the Galway Arts Festival Programme. Colour and black and white photographs taken at the launch of the Galway Arts Festival 1997 programme. Images include Festival Manager Fergal McGrath with Ray O'Connor and Sandra O'Connor at Proactive, Gerry Barrett handing over the Box Office keys to Ted Turton, Festival Artistic Director, Gerry Barrett and Frances Burke handing over the Box Office keys to Ted Turton, Festival Artistic Director. Also includes black and white images taken at the launch event in Dublin at the Odessa Club. Pictures are Ted Turton and other [Festival staff.] Images include typescript notes of reverse detailing names of those pictured. Images range in size from 215mm X 165mm and 184mm X 152mm.
