The sub-file consists of: an index of correspondence documents numbered 48 through 157 showing the sender, recipient, subject, and date of each instance of correspondence; English-language transcriptions of each document by number; and photocopies of the original Turkish-language documents by number. The documents themselves include correspondence regarding: petitions from the applicants for information on the fates of their relatives; internal requests for same; investigation of the disappearances; background checks on the victims; witness summons and statements; and investigation results.
