Several local features are described, including An Clochar Ard, Crompán an Liamhán, Carraig Nóra Dhubh, Tóin na Crapaí, Fraochoileán Mór and Beag, Bealach Fraochoileáin, Leac Chathanach, Carraig na Mangach, Leaba Dhiarmuidín, Lochán na nIasc, An Garraí Mór, An tOileán Rua, An Buailtín, Smut an Chóirfairín, and Na Bruacha.
