MS document, likely to be written by Kevin Boyle, entitled "Co-Operation of Civil Disobedience - New Proposals", outlining proposals and thoughts on Civil Disobedience in Northern Ireland. The first line reads "The Newry march may yet prove a historic date in the struggle against British Imperialism in Ireland". Boyle describes "The fundamental proposition is this: any arrangements between opposition gangs involved in the Civil Resistance campaign, must have the support of the Republican movement." Boyle outlines proposals to achieve this and other ideas on Civil Rights Campaign in Northern Ireland. Document lists the names of the N.I.C.R.A. Executive Council at the end.
