Report given to John. J. Ryan, Honorary Returning Officer of Muintir na Tíre, by the presiding officer of the Leinster Provincial Convention of Muintir na Tíre. The report notes that there were no delegates from guilds in Louth, Meath, or Westmeath. The report also documents a protest lobbied by the Gowran Guild over the issuing of credential cards for the convention, as the guild members present did not realise the necessity of bringing their issued cards for the purpose of voting on measures.
