Query for Thomas Lefroy [barrister, 17 Leeson St., Dublin] in the case between James Hennessy and Robert J ffrench relating to the renewal of fines for Ballyduff and Ballymacmoy. Hennessy was tenant to ffrench for Ballymacmoy, while ffrench was tenant to Hennessy for part of Ballyduff. Lefroy's opinion, dated 17 February 1831, is included, as is B Browne's calculation of the fines due by each party, based on Lefroy's opinion. This document was posted to Robert J ffrench [some hydrolysis].
