Report adopted by the European Commission of Human Rights in the Yaşa case including the original published version with corrected pages (corrigendum) and the reprinted version incorporating the corrections.. The Commission concludes:
i) by 30 votes to 2, that there has been a violation of Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights in respect of the applicant and his uncle Hasim Yasa;
ii) unanimously, that there has been no violation of Article 3 of the Convention;
iii) by 31 votes to 1, that there has been no violation of Article 10 of the Convention;
(iv) by 31 votes to 1, that no separate issue arises under Article 6 paragraph 1 of the Convention;
(v) by 30 votes to 2, that no separate issue arises under Article 13 of the Convention ;
(vi) unanimously, that there has been no violation of Article 14 of the Convention;
(vii) unanimously, that there has been no violation of Article 18 of the Convention.
