Copy of brief for counsel's (John White) opinion in relation to the case of William Hare (executor of Richard Hare, deceased) against Edward Eyre. It notes that certain properties cannot be used to satisfy the debts owed by Eyre to Hare as he only has a life interest in them, and discusses using other property in his possession. Other defendants in the case include Archibald Hamilton Rowan and Daniel Brien O'Connor, both of whom are in France as a result of revolutionary activity.
