Official verbatim records of case hearings held before the European Commission of Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights pertaining to Kurdish Litigation Project cases, arranged chronologically. Each hearing was typically held over the course of a workweek, featuring 2 to 4 cases per hearing (although single-case hearings were held occasionally). The hearings featured oral pleadings from the applicants' representatives and from the Turkish Government, and testimony from applicants, applicants' witnesses, and Government witnesses. A small number of cases were heard across multiple hearings. Many of the transcripts have been annotated by Litigation Project team members.
