Refers to a payment of £72.12.4, the cost of an ordinance survey made in 1913 in connection with the sale and which they are now being pressed to pay. Relates to the head rent of £16 [due by William Wilson Lynch to Lord Leconfield], on the lands of Ballycullen, under a fee farm grant of 1712.

Letter from [Cecil George] Stapleton of E & G Stapleton, 29 Molesworth St., Dublin to William Wilson Lynch, Belvoir enclosing the proof copy of the schedule of tenancies and asking him to check it carefully. They also query the head rent of £16.0.2 which he pays to Lord Leconfield as it 'appears to have been adjusted'. They would also like him to check the quit rents and tithe rent charges and to return the schedule as soon as possible.

Letter from [Cecil George] Stapleton of E & G Stapleton, 29 Molesworth St., Dublin to William Wilson Lynch, Belvoir expressing regret at the discrepencies in the quit rents and agreeing to meet him the following Thursday. In a postscript they write of having visited the Quit Rent Office, who contend that the quit rents set out in the schedule of tenancies are correct.

He says that 'the suggestions contained in your letter are excellent' so he encloses a letter for Mrs Moloney, which he hopes will expedite matters. He also refers to Patrick Heffernan's rent and mentions having written to [C.M.] Brennan [Top of the letter is torn off].

The list names 12 tenants and the queries relating to their holdings.

If they can get the schedule of tenancies settled and get a summons heard by the Land Judge, they might be able to negotiate with the Commissioners during the long vacation. He lists 10 tenants, stating the position in relation to queries about their holdings and asks William Wilson Lynch to get some of them to sign forms.
