Letter from the District Court of Justice, Tipperary ordering Corporal Patrick McGrath of Ballinalard, Tipperary, to appear at the District Court on 6 January 1942 to answer the plaintiff's civil process. McGrath is accused of refusing to vacate the premises after being ordered to do so by the plaintiff on 4 November. Father Hayes has written notes about McGrath (stationed with the Military Police Service in Cork) and McGrath's children on the back of the letter. See also P134/12/1/1/4/4 and P134/12/1/1/4/48.

Press cuttings collected by the Language Freedom Movement from publications including 'Hibernia'. Included is a letter on the subject of language and national identity, an Irish language piece by Proinsias Mac Aonghusa entitled 'Gael agus Gall' in which he argues that Irish is the unique characteristic of the Irish people, a badge of nationality. A translation is attached, it is written on the back of a blueprint in Christopher Morris's handwriting.
