If they can get the schedule of tenancies settled and get a summons heard by the Land Judge, they might be able to negotiate with the Commissioners during the long vacation. He lists 10 tenants, stating the position in relation to queries about their holdings and asks William Wilson Lynch to get some of them to sign forms.

As all the queries except those relating to Henry Stephens and Thomas Hannan have been settled, he has made an appointment with the Examiner for the following Tuesday. He is sending William a proof copy of the schedule of tenancies and a memorandum of the evidence on which he hopes to discharge each of the queries. He asks him to send the particulars sighed by the tenants by Tuesday morning.
