A report 'Scéim Forbartha Pobail Inis Oírr, arna ullumhú do Chomhar Caomhán teo, Inis Oírr, Co na Gaillimhe' / A public development scheme for Inis Oírr, prepared for the Inis Oírr Community Development Cooperative.

The report is in Irish, and examines the history of the area, its geology and vegetation, the native Irish culture, contemporary life on the island, and the local economy. It then outlines strategies on the following: the weaving industry, fishing, alternative energy, fish farming, education, agriculture, litter, tourism, and communications.

Prepared by Seosamh Mac Oirealla, and project managed by Swami Jayananda.

Early on lists of activities participated in by members, signed by Eilís Ní Bhroin, accompanied by council minutes of meetings particular to the youth movement; later merely roll, address and date of birth of members. Enclosing file of notes with further membership names, painted logos; also enclosing two lists of meetings chaired by M. de Poire and E. Ní Chearnaigh. [in Irish]"

Bound volume containing notes on tenants' holdings, giving names of tenants, denominations of lands, amount of land, present rent and valuation, as well as additional notes made by John Wilson Lynch on previous rents in 1853, 1863, 1864, 1881, and in the 1890s. A separate page for each tenant. John Brady was the agent, and E&G Stapleton, solicitors for the landlord. Enclosures: some documents relating to specific tenants, including letters from A W Hazell. It gives the name of the holding and tenant, amounts of rent paid, and arrears on the holding as well as remarks. Enclosures include a sketch map of the townland of Ballycullen, and rough notes on some tenants. Other enclosures refer to Renmore and Ballybrit.
