He states that as the surviving trustee of the indenture dated 22 August 1807 he is entitled to £60 off the lands. He states that the deed of sale should be set aside as Nehemiah had only a life-interest in the lands in question, and that they were not legally his to sell to Charles Piersse Wallace.
