Booklet published by the Catholic Societies' Vocational Organisational Conference showing the recommendations of the Report of the Commission on Vocational Organisation (1939-1943) in a diagrammatic format with supporting notes, accompanied by two Catholic-themed essays written by the Conference's own members. Members of study circles, organisers of employers and employees, and Muintir na Tíre members are explicitly mentioned as target audiences for the booklet.
Lecture by Father Hayes emphasising the cooperative relationship between farmers and farm labourers versus the 'impersonal' relationship between factory employers and employees. Father Hayes uses this to build the argument that 'the best organisation for rural workers is one based on neighbourliness, on the community, and on co-operation between all classes already so united'. He then espouses the advantages of a vocational order, and promotes Muintir na Tíre as the organ by which to develop such an order.
