Certificate of the keeper of records of the King's Bench in a judgement obtained relating to the enclosed bond. Enclosed copy of a bond, whereby Edmond Donoghue, shopkeeper of Tuam agreed to pay Mathias Thomas Smyth of Roscrea, Co Tipperary, £76, part of a sum of £152 which he owed him, by 18 Mar 1807. Notes on the back refer to the original lease for ever, of part of lands of Gorteen, Co Galway, by Robert Smith esq. of 'Portleek', Co Meath to Edmond Donoghue, Nov 1799.
