Two statements (in Turkish with English translations) of Hikmet Aksoy regarding the death of Abdülmenaf Kaya, including his statement made to the Diyarbakır State Public Prosecutor's Office on 17 June 1994 as recorded in the verbatim record of the November 1995 case hearing in the Mehmet Kaya case, and his 8 November 1995 statement to the Diyarbakır Branch of the Human Rights Association stating that his testimony has not changed and that he does not wish to testify as a witness in the case hearing as he and his family are under police pressure and it is highly probable that he will be taken into custody if he appears.

Statements (in Turkish with English translation) given by applicant Ahmet Çiçek and Bedri Özalp to the Kurdish Human Rights Project regarding the destruction of 9 houses and their contents in the village of Kelekçi (Kelkom), Dicle District, Diyarbakır Province on 10 November 1992, Following this destruction, the residents of Kelekçi fled the village, and more than 90 percent of the village's houses were subsequently destroyed. This statement was originally submitted as part of the Akdivar and others application (see A44/43/1/2/1/2/2).

Statements made by Abidin (Abid/Abit) Aydın, husband of Şükran Aydın, on 19 October and 8 November 1995 to the Kurdistan Human Rights Project. The first statement (in Turkish with English translation) discussing he and his wife's relocation to western Turkey due to harassment from Government officials, and the harassment and forced detainment they experienced after Şükran returned to Derik the previous month to sign her previous statement. He states that he has doubt this is because of his wife's application to the European Commission of Human Rights. The second statement (in Turkish only) states that the Aydın's house was raided by three police officers on 1 November 1995, and that the officers found nothing but asked them about their trip abroad (to testify at the case hearing in Strasbourg).

Also present is a statement of 6 April 1993 signed by Zeki Tanrıkulu regarding the body search he was subjected to by Diyarbakır police after being accused of harbouring a PKK member, and sketches of the crime scene based on Mrs Tanrıkulu's memory of the incident. English translations of most of the statements are present.
