Folder of contact sheets and corresponding negatives documenting the making of Bob Quinn's 1987 feature film, 'Budawanny' and 1994's 'The Bishop's Story'. Both films were directed and adapted by Bob Quinn from the Pádraic Standúin novel, 'Súil le Breith'. Both films starred Donal McCann (in different roles), and Margaret (Maggie) Fegan. Many photographs of both actors are included, along with fellow cast members and crew.

Primarily stills and behind the scenes photographs from the making of the 1987 film, 'Budawanny', directed and adapted from the Pádraic Standúin novel 'Súil le Breith' by Bob Quinn. The photographs include Margaret (Maggie) Fegan and Donal McCann, who starred in the film. Stills from the film, including two elderly ladies tending to a grave. Images of 'Síle na Gioc' / sheela-na-gig stonework with cast members posing next to it. A photograph of Bob Quinn speeding down a country lane on a motorbike, wearing a peaked cap and whistling. Images of film crew members Séamus Deasy and Shane O'Neill working with the cameras on a drizzly beach, and Miriam Allen, Executive Producer for Cinegael.

An assortment of pictures taken elsewhere, including some scenic pictures of West of Ireland landscape, Robert Quinn sitting in front of some film editing equipment, Toner Quinn as a young teenager with the family dog, and Bob Quinn perched on a ladder. Some notes and edits are written in pen, and the 1st and 21st images are crossed out.
