Topics discussed include whether 'Irish' or 'Gaelic' is the more accurate term, legal correspondence in the aftermath of the Mansion House meeting of 21 September 1966, correspondence with prominent members of the language restoration movement on the possibility of arranging a public debate, letters written to various newspapers in response to articles written on education.

1) Further comments and documents submitted on 23 January 1995 and 29 March 1995 by the Turkish Government on the merits of the Gündem application, including a statement from the village mayor claiming that he has never seen security forces take action against villagers, and documents showing that the case has been referred to the county governor of Hazro (CLOSED UNTIL 2073/11/01); 2) the reply of the applicant to the Government's submission, in which the applicant note that the documents submitted by the Government refer to an unspecified date in summer 1993 6-7 months after the events salient to the application.
