A report by Teagasc on Erosion at Gorteen Bay and Dog's Bay - outlines measures such as fencing, grass seed mixture to help bind the sand, control of the rabbit population, signs, costings are also included.

Letter of protest from the Roundstone Community Council to the Minister of the Marine objecting to a licence being awarded to the University of Milan to remove 30 tons of sand from Dog's Bay, with related enclosures (1991). Copy of thesis by Louise Purton 'An Investigation of the Evolution of Dog's Bay / Gorteen Bay Tombolo' 1993. An information leaflet written by Dr Adrian Rundle of the Kent Geologists' Group on the diverse fauna present in sand from Dog's Bay.
