Includes contract agreement made between Macnas and the Dublin Theatre Festival for production of An Táin at the National Stadium, Dublin. Manuscript draft and final typescript versions of project outlines, sent by Padraic Breathnach, Manager of Macnas to the Foreign entertainers tax unit with breakdown of project plans, specification, and breakdown of costs for production at the Glasgow Festival of New Irish Theatre and also at Armagh; Signed contract for production of same made between Macnas and the Belfast Festival at Queens. File also includes photocopy of press cuttings and coverage of An Táin, and also an issue of "Theatre Ireland" magazine (no. 29) with a review of the production.

Includes detailed proposal with details of input required from Macnas; TS correspondence and production meeting minutes, largely between Padraig Breathnach and Gary McMahon of Macnas and Peter Cassells and Don O'Connell of ICTU; document of proposed activities for city centre activities as part of ICTU centenary; contracts and agreements signed between Macnas and ICTU; document of estimated production costs; lists of items required by Macnas for production; parade map and running order; details of insurance and logistics for the parade.
File 2 includes assorted press releases about Macnas as well as a brief history of the company; document with text/transcript of commentary for RTE coverage of ICTU congress cavalcade parade; sponsor list for the parade; text of opening remarks by Peter Cassells, General Secretary of ICTU at the opening of the Congress Centenary officiated by An Taoiseach, Albert Reynolds T.D., at Dublin Castle; summary of speech by Philip O'Flynn. Higgins T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht (signed); letter of contract of agreement made between Macnas and Galway Arts Festival for world premiere production of Buile Suibhne; correspondence from travel writers and other letters and fax correspondence regarding attendance at Buile Suibhne in Galway. Also letters from Macnas to various Galway schools, regarding the programming of performances of Buile Suibhne for schools. (Nov 1994).

Files relating to the production and administration of Balor at the V Festival, Iberoamericano de Teatro de Bogotá 96 in Colombia and at Town Hall Theatre, Galway.

File 1 includes press cuttings of event listings for the festival, printed programme of events at the festival (with image of Macnas/Balor on the cover); a printed handbook of information for members of the Macnas company for attendance in Bogota. Also letter from Mike Diskin, Manager, Town Hall Theatre, attaching contract for production of Balor at the Town Hall.

File 2 includes extensive fax and email correspondence between Macnas (Rod Goodall, Declan Gibbons) and organising staff at the Bogota Festival, namely Clarisa Ruiz. Includes breakdown of budgets and costs for the touring production, details and costs of insurance; discussing around funding applications and Government funding applications (Letter from 15 March cites "recent developments in Northern Ireland" as reasons for delay in funding decisions by the Government);signed contract agreed for production by Macnas at the Festival in Bogota (1 Jan 1996).

File 3 includes extensive fax and letter correspondence between Macnas (Rod Goodall, Declan Gibbons) and organising staff at the Bogota Festival, namely Clarisa Ruiz. Includes early discussions between Bogota and Macnas about producing a show in Colombia, through to discussing about programming, scheduling and funding. Note letter from Fanny Mikey, Festival Director, citing "one of the most difficult political crisis Colombia has experienced in recent years" (17 March 1996).

File 4 includes travel documents and correspondence regarding logistics of travel and arrangements, baggage dispute with British Airways and travel guides for Bogota city.
