The front of the file contains a translation of the Human Rights Association's list of villages forcibly evacuated in southeast Turkey during May-July 1993, and a published copy of Council of Europe Committee Interim Resolution DH (99) 434 adopted on 9 June 1999 calling on Turkey to reform training of its security forces after serious violations of human rights by Turkish security forces were found across multiple Kurdish litigation cases.
