Letter from the District Court of Justice, Tipperary ordering Corporal Patrick McGrath of Ballinalard, Tipperary, to appear at the District Court on 6 January 1942 to answer the plaintiff's civil process. McGrath is accused of refusing to vacate the premises after being ordered to do so by the plaintiff on 4 November.
