File 2 includes payment slips and forms/letters from the Arts Council to Carolyn Swift, owing to her work as part of the Writers in Schools scheme. Contains info of monies paid and names of schools in which Swift attended for readings and workshops.

Letters detail terms and agreements for revival production by Druid of Molloy's play, "The Wood of the Whispering". Molloy comments on his hopes of assembling the 'great cast' from previous Druid production and adds detailed comments on the history of Irish theatre re. attitudes to theatres producing new Irish plays, with specific reference to the early Gate Theatre. Also includes box-office records from the druid revival production of Molloy's plays. Also includes a biographical essay by M.J. Molloy on his early interest in theatre and general background.
