Schedule of claims for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages and legal fees and expenses appended to the memorial of the applicant in the İzzet Çakıcı case submitted to the European Court of Human Rights regarding Çakıcı's claims for just satisfaction under Article 50 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Schedules of compensation in four similar cases from Peru, Argentina, and Guatemala heard by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in which family members were compensated for the disappearances and/or deaths of a relative. This was submitted as Appendix 7 to the Applicant's Memorial in the Avşar case.

Photocopy of two articles, 'Şerif Avşar case started in Diyarbakır' and 'İHD brings out June human rights report' from the 7 July 1994 edition of the Turkish Daily News. The first article details the beginning of the trial against the six men accused of kidnapping and killing Mehmet Şerif Avşar, in which the five accused village guards claimed that they were following orders and had conducted similar operations on the orders of various commanders in the past. One of the guards, Ömer Güngör, stated that he personally shot the victim twice in the head ('I followed the order since I was scared'). The second article pertains to a Human Rights Association (İHD) report stating that 27 people died as a result of torture and extrajudicial executions in June in Turkey, while another 16 people were victims of mystery murders.

Article (in Turkish with English translation) by Mahmut Şakar, 'Sexual Torture & Kurdish Women - A Sociological Study', submitted as an appendix on 5 April 1994. Şakar notes that Kurdish women who are stripped of their virginity after sexual assault are often the only ones punished within Kurdish society. Şakar also notes the lessened possibility to avenge such an act when it is committed by state officials such as in Şükran Aydın's case.

The extracted pages discuss the high level of enforced of involuntary disappearances in Turkey, noting that the country led the world in reports of these types of cases in 1994.
