Appointment by James Lord Dunsandle of his younger children’s portions out of a sum of £20,000 as agreed by his marriage settlement 1808. Recites a deed of 24 Oct 1840, whereby his son Charles Anthony received £1,500 of his portion and a deed of 18 Nov 1845, whereby his son Robert received his full portion of £3,333 in Irish currency or £3,076 sterling [Robert was married on 27 Dec 1845]. By this deed £3,076, being the equivalent to a one sixth share of £20,000 in Irish currency, was appointed for the use of each of his sons Skeffington James, Bowes Richard and each of his daughters Eleanor Margaret and Rosa Gertrude Harriet and £1,576 for Charles Anthony. The portions to be paid after his decease. E Livesay and Co, King’s Inn Quay, solicitors.
