He demises his rights to his three daughters Mary Darcie alias French, Maggie Martin alias French and Ellice French and their respective husbands, Sir Henry Lynch, Dominick Browne and Martyn French.

The inheritors of the charge, Richard Rawson and his wife Marcia are paid £500, of which £200 go to Marcia's sister Margaret Donelan.
