Package of information on the Nebahat Akkoç case sent on 31 July 1998 by Helen Bamber, Director, The Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture, to John Langdon, Professor of Oral Surgery, King's College School of Medicine & Dentistry, London. Working alongside the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex, Bamber asks Langdon on behalf of Aisling Reidy about: the quality of the X-rays performed on Akkoç; whether they are compatible with those of a 41-year-old woman; and whether it is possible to identify injuries to the jaw. Included in the package are:
