Includes correspondence which relates to the minutes and decisions of the Board, particularly the appointment of new trustees to the Board, to which Pearse O'Malley objects as the list was drawn up by Ciaran McKeown alone. Also includes eleven pages of notes sent to O'Malley by his proxy Edna Larmour, which consist of lists of names of possible new trustees, and correspondence between Ciaran McKeown and Denis Smyth.
