Two copies of the application filed by Hüseyin Toğcu on 25 May 1995 against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights (application number filed by Nuray Şen on 25 April 1996 against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights (application number 27601/95, referred to internally within the Kurdish Litigation Project as Case 213 and assigned to Bill Bowring as lead), regarding the forced disappearance of his son Ender Toğcu by the security forces in Diyarbakır on 29 November 1994, plus an item of correspondence from Philip Leach to Bill Bowring sent 23 June 2000 forwarding a letter from the Turkish Government.
