Two versions of a report compiled by the Kurdish Human Rights Project on the types of helicopters likely to have been operational in southeast Turkey during October 1993 and to assess whether the aircraft likely to have been available would have been able to carry 11 persons plus their crews. The report finds that the Turkish army and national paramilitary forces would have had the capability to do so.
