Dealing with all aspects of Gaeltacht and all-Ireland Irish language concerns; listing excuses but not attendants, nor result of discussions. Enclosing loose copy print extract from Seanad debate 20 December 1951 concerning the Undeveloped Areas Bill. [in Irish]"
