File of black and white and also colour photographs taken during the construction of the Gulliver giant model by Macnas in 1988. Images detail segments of the giant under construction and in place on Grattan Beach, Galway. (Seapoint visible in the background). Images also capture the public as they encounter Gulliver on the beach, children and adults, as well as those working and performing around the Gulliver pageant. Also images of Gulliver being transported by road away from the beach, possibly Grattan Beach.
File also includes some colour photographs taken at Dollymount Strand, Dublin, of Gulliver in position on the beach and of the crowd gathered around.
