Group of typescript letters from Paraic Breathnach, Administrator of the Galway Arts Group to various recipients, including, the Chief Fire Officer, Fire Station, Fr. Griffin Road, detailing a water display by the Fire Service at the opening of the Galway Arts Centre (13 Apr) to Sony Broderick, Bank of Ireland U.C.G., Galway, requesting an overdraft of £1,200 in the account of the Galway Arts Group and for £1,200 in the account of the Galway Arts Festival. It is noted a grant of £6,500 has been allocated to the Galway Arts Group by the Arts Council but it has not yet been issued (21 Apr) and also from Murray and Spelman Ltd., Incorporated Insurance Brokers, Hibernian House, Eyre Square, Galway, to the Secretary of the Galway Arts Festival Committee, Nuns Island Centre for the Arts, Nuns Island, Galway. The letter confirms arrangement of Public Liability insurance cover for the [Galway Arts Festival] committee for the specified time frame.
