1) 2 certified copies of the Turkish Government's memorial in the Gündem case (in English) submitted to the European Court of Human Rights on 13 June 1997, in which the Government claims that there is no identifiable applicant in this case and that domestic remedies were not exhausted regardless; 2) 2 certified bound copies of Appendices 1 through 20 of the memorial (in Turkish) containing documents from the domestic investigation file; 3) 2 certified copies of Appendix 2 of the memorial consisting of İsmet Gündem's 31 May 1994 statement to lawyer Mahmut Şakar of the Diyarbakır Branch of the Human Rights Association (in English); 4) Certified copy of Appendices 21 through 25 of the memorial (in Turkish) containing documents from the domestic investigation file; 5) English translations of Appendices 3 through 19.
