Materials pertaining to the 26 January 1998 case hearing held in Strasbourg in the Kurt case, including:
1) Memorial (in English) of the Turkish Government submitted 3 November 1997. The Government accuses Mrs Kurt of inconsistent testimony and states 'The Government reject the idea of being governed by a practice or a certain law to which they have not consented to... ...implications of this tendency of the Commission to establish parallels between Turkey and Latin America is not acceptable. Its new practice of attaching to its reports about Turkey annexes with negative implications and suggestions is not acceptable (3 November 1997, 13pp);
