Final observations of the Turkish Government in the İkincisoy case. The Government states that the domestic investigation into Mehmet Şah İkincisoy remains ongoing and that any statements submitted on behalf of the applicants through the Human Rights Association cannot be considered genuine ('The so called "statement" taken by HRA can be qualified at most as a "conversation note" dictated by the members of the association with special purpose.'). The Government requests the Court to to dismiss the case, stating that domestic remedies were not exhausted and that no violations of the European Convention on Human Rights can be attributed to the Government.
