Observations of the Turkish Government on the applicant’s claims for just satisfaction. The Government rejects all claims of the applicant and in particular any fees to be awarded to the Kurdish Human Rights Project (‘the function of such an organisation is fictitious and imaginary’). The Government states that ‘this effort is also another reflection which clearly shows the racial implications with which such applications are prepared.’
