The following items mainly relate to seating, lighting, heating and amplification in the theatre. The Strand Electric and Engineering Co Ltd, London, were the main suppliers of lighting equipment. The theatre was refurbished in 1929-1930, in the mid 1950s and in the mid 1960s. There was correspondence about a new flag in 1954.
