Documents originally placed in sleeves at the front of the Mehmet Haran casefile, including the legal team's working case notes handwritten on A4 notepad and foolscap paper; the Diyarbakır lawyers' claims for legal fees and costs; correspondence pertaining to the declaration and offer of friendly settlement from the Turkish Government which was ultimately rejected by the applicant but approved by the Court, resulting the case being struck for the Court's list (CLOSED UNTIL 2073/11/01); notice from the Court of the judgment in the case published on 26 March 2002 striking the case from the list; Françoise Hampson's case reports on the judgment highlighting the Court's trend towards 'enforced settlements'; Hampson's resubmission of the Mehmet Haran application (with new appendices) on 26 June 2002 requesting that the application be restored or be referred to a Grand Chamber; and correspondence pertaining to the distribution of the awarded payment and requested restoration of the application which was ultimately rejected by the Grand Chamber on 20 December 2004.
