Documents originally placed in sleeves at the front of the Taş casefile binder by the Essex team, including: 1) the original table of contents for the casefile prior to an apparent reorganisation of the binder, including a list of documents submitted by the Turkish Government through November 1997; 2) working case notes prepared by the Essex team on A4 scrap paper and notes, including annotated documents and a draft of the applicant's final pleadings; 3) Beşir Taş's statement of 8 March 2000 stating his wish for any awarded judgment to be paid in pounds sterling.
