Documents placed in sleeves at the front of the Süheyla Aydın casefile binder by the Aisling Reidy/Kevin Boyle/Françoise Hampson legal team, including appendices submitted by the applicant and the Turkish Government, notes on potential witnesses, and the March 2004 newspaper story in which Abdülkadir Aygan of JİTEM (the Turkish Gendarmerie intelligence organisation) acknowledged that Necati Aydın and Mehmet Ay were killed by JİTEM.
