Transcript of a letter from Fevzi Veznedaroğlu, İHD (Human Rights Organisation) Diyarbakır chair, to Amnesty International requesting assistance in determining the whereabouts of Mehmet Akkum following his detainment by security forces alongside Mehmet Akan on 10 November 1992 as they were grazing their animals in Kurşunlu. The letter notes that Akan's body was found on 11 November. Veznedaroğlu also provides a list of 11 others taken from Kurşunlu village on 12 November.
