File of duplicate minutes of meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Lyric Players Theatre. There are minutes for four meetings prior to September 1975, and a full set from then on. Information in the minutes includes list of those in attendance, reports from various officer, and resolutions passed in relation to the administration of the Theatre. Includes minutes recording: the decision that management of the Theatre will be conducted in accordance with a memorandum entitled 'Provisions for the Management of the Lyric Players Theatre Trust' (7 January 1969), and approval by the Board for the suggestion of John Hewitt for a special anniversary issue on Forrest Reid by Threshold (8 December 1975).
