Druid Season of Events - 1977. Festival of Anglo-Irish Theatre held at Fo'Castle Theatre, Dominick Street, Galway. Summer Season. Works produced include there are Tragedies and Tragedies by George Fitzmaurice, the Playboy of the Western World by J.M. Synge, the Dreaming of the Bones by W.B. Yeats, The Well of the Saints written by J.M. Synge and also includes Children's Theatre Workshop. Document includes an article on the establishment and growth of Druid Theatre Company and also black and white images of past Druid performances and cast members including Mick Lally, Marie Mullen and others.
