Fax (in English) from Philip Leach, Kurdish Human Rights Project, to Bill Bowring and Chris Decker, forwarding a letter (in Turkish) from lawyer Osman Baydemir stating that they are trying to contact Zübeyir Dündar and that documents pertaining to the case were located in the office of the Diyarbakır Branch of the Human Rights Association, which has been closed down. Dündar has now left the region because of security problems, and they are trying to locate him in İstanbul.
