Fax from Mahmut Şakar, Turkish legal representative of Şükran Aydın, of the Diyarbakır Branch to Human Rights Association to H.C. Krüger, Secretary to the European Commission of Human Rights. Şakar describes the logistical difficulties that have been experiences in obtaining passports for Şükran Aydın and Farahdiba Akşın for them to attend the 19 October 1995 in Strasbourg. Şakar includes a statement from Şükran stating that she has obtained her passport at the last minute and intends to pursue the case. Attached is a handwritten English translation of the fax.
