First two pages of a handwritten letterfax from Françoise Hampson to Caroline Nolan, Kurdish Human Rights Project, with comments, thoughts, and questions regarding the Ayder and others case. Hampson notes that the lists submitted by the Government on 10 January 1996 (A44/43/1/12/1/8/3) of persons compensated under the Turkish Government's Aid and Social Solidarity Fund did not mention the town of Lice. Hampson also inquires about various witnesses that could be called at the case hearing.
